Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 102 === There are many methods to cultivate Antrodia cinnamomea, such as solid fermentation, ubmerged culture, and wood cultivation. No matter which way we chose to cultivate Antrodia cinnamomea , we have to grow Antrodia mycelium first. This thesis used red and blue light-emitting diodes to stimulate Antrodia cinnamomea and white Antrodia Cinnamomea. By taking advantage of Taguchi Method, we can identify the most suitable combination of lights to Antrodia cinnamomea’s growth in short time. According to this, we can accelerate the growth of Antrodia mycelium. After comparison with no rear illumination, we found that some special light source made an obvious effect on Antrodia Cinnamomea. When the red light was operated at 10 Lux, the blue one at 50 Lux, and time period was 20 minutes and duty-cycle was at 2%, it was the best combination for Antrodia Cinnamomea growing. By the way, any combination of light source didn’t have an obvious impact on white Antrodia Cinnamomea.
