This study hoped to gather all kinds of opinions and offered them to the relevant departments for pushing marine education forward. The method of documentary analysis and questionnaire survey were used to conduct the research. Sampling survey was used to collect questionnaire data from the school principals, teachers, and those who served in certain administrational positions concurrently. A total of 711 subjects in I-Lan completed the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, ANOVA analysis, and SPSS were used to analyze the data. The following conclusions and recommendations to educational administrations, schools, and even for the future were made from the statistical results. 1. To the sufficiency in fully understanding of marine education: There were significant differences in female teachers with good resources of marine recreations, society, and culture. 2. To the core value of marine education: Hold the activities letting students experience them themselves to gain the ability to respect and care about our marine environment. 3. To the issues emphasized most by the teachers: In marine recreations, it was the safety issue around the water area. In marine societies, it was the issue to explore the marine economic activities. In marine cultures, they were folk religions and traditional ceremonies. In marine sciences, it was the issue of the connections between climates and temperatures. In marine resources, it was the issue of the dependent relationships in marine ecosystem. 4. To the needs on teachers’ teaching: In designing curriculums, the teachers needed a network platform to establish the local teaching plans. In school field trips, the teachers hoped that certain paths could be designed and built for teaching. 5. To the solutions to the problems the teachers faced when they put the marine education into practice: Invite those who had experience in implementing marine educations to give public speeches at school and ask teachers, students, and even parents to come to listen, and then afterward, they all needed to participate in the teaching and learning. Offer the recorded items as the references that active researches in marine educations.
