Massive information harnessed by major areas of technology, business, government operations, and even everyday living has accumulated since we first started to recognize the importance of information in human civilization. The human footprint has been recorded since then. However, we can only receive and process few and incomplete data because of the high cost of technology, the Computer-Processed Personal Data Protection law, and other barriers. Thus, this study explores the possibility of combining databases complete the data that we need through statistical methods and data mining. The study can increase the performance of a database and make the analysis of data more valuable. The study increases the sample of the Innovation Survey Database by using information from the government and statistical methods. We also combine the Innovation Survey Database with the Commerce and Service Census to build a virtual database that is more diversified and has greater analytical value.
