Affect work satisfaction has many antecedents, such as: work values, work attributes, work context. Work satisfaction is more related to the organizational commitment, and organizational performance. Therefore, work satisfaction can be said that the early warning indicators of the success of organizational operations. Dawis and Lofquist (1984) proposed the individual and the environment fit mode, will work values as individuals are competent and satisfied an important indicator of its work, is an important variable individual career development. If we can understand the work value of employees, to keep the employee's work needs and motivations, and through effective incentive mechanism, so that employees play capability performance, boost morale, but also further enhance the effectiveness of the organization and management is an important issue. Leadership style on the staff, it is important interpersonal or environmental surfaces message. Not only about the daily work of the staff, and even make the individual work values have a significant impact on the effect of satisfaction therefore. Thus, leadership is an important factor for researching individual work performance. Chunghwa Post restructured in 2003 to become state-owned enterprises, personnel system is adopted "dual-track". The civil servants and non-civil servant working in the same work environment, the same work, and accept the supervision of the same supervisor, but pay is not the same. With the reference group performed "social comparison", their work may have different feelings. In this study, questionnaire survey to verify Chunghwa Post two capacities staff, the impact of work values on work satisfaction by the leadership style of moderation. Questionnaire data is analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, Chi-square analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, in order to understand the correlations among variables. The results establish the impact of work values on work satisfaction by the leadership style of moderation. Leadership style can adjust different identity staff satisfaction. In addition to the questionnaire results proved consistent with the theory and practice, and put forward the case company management recommendations, and future researchers to explore the direction of providing more in-depth study.
