Questionnaire survey is adopted in this study. Study objects are hospitality teachers of vocational high schools in New Taipei City, Taipei City, Taoyuan County and Hsinchu County. Effective sample size is 425, Analyzed by descriptive statistics, mean statistics, standard deviation, t-test, one- way. ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The research conclusions are as follows. The research findings indicated that the the average correct rate of northern area vocational high schools hospitality teachers about low-carbon knowledge is 66.8%. Knowledge of choosing low-carbon materials of female teachers is superior to male teachers, Teachers are more superior who have higher educational background, more seniority, teaching in Taoyuan County, hearing of low-carbon diet, hospitality departments. Meanwhile, No significant differences can be found in knowledge of low-carbon diet due to various ages, marital status, job titles, monthly salary, daily diets, religious beliefs and participants in courses or seminars on environment. The average scores in low-carbon diet attitude is 81.4%. Female teachers are superior to male teachers, full-time teachers and staff are superior to professional specialist faculty. Elder teachers, teachers with higher educational background, seniority, , higher-monthly salary, hearing of low-carbon diet are more superior. No significant differences can be found in attitude of low –carbon diet due to different marital status, working cities, daily diets, religious beliefs, participants in courses or seminars on environment and teaching subjects. Average scores in behavior of low-carbon diet is 72.8%. Teachers who got higher scores of advocacy behavior are male teachers, elders, married, seniority, adjunct teacher and homeroom teacher, teaching in New Taipei City, hearing of low-carbon diet and hospitality teachers. No significant differences can be found in behavior of low-carbon diet due to different educational background, monthly salary, daily diet and religious beliefs. Hospitality teachers in vocational high school in northern area show a positive correlation among knowledge, attitude and behavior of low-carbon diet.
