The study applies Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF) as the theoretical basis to verify the appropriateness of Line using willingness. The findings and conclusions of the study aim to provide specific recommendations for teachers who use IM to contact parents as another alternative and also suggestions for further studies. This study utilized questionnaires for parents whose children are attending JI-SUI elementary school in New Taipei City and who have used IM-Line. And the study results revealed the significance difference between parents’ family background and the willingness of using IM Line to accommodate with the hard copy communication book. Factor Analysis, One -Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Path Analysis methods are chosen to analyze the survey data, and results indicated that: 1.In general, parents consider IM-Line easy to use, especially for younger parents. 2.Most parents approve the functionality of communication book, especially the parents whose children are in lower grades. 3.Mobile internet usage, use experience of IM-Line and daily usage frequency influence parents’ willingness to use IM-Line. Those parents who scored higher on these three factors tend to use IM-Line more. 4.The use willingness is significantly affected by the perceived usefulness and the task technology fit. The main concern of the parents is how useful is IM-Line to work as an additional tool for the hard copy communication book. If IM-Line doesn’t meet the required functionality, the use willingness will dramatically decrease. CHEN,CHUN-TE 陳俊德 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
