Fully enhance administrative efficiency. But now, only the front-processing software and the Executive Yuan or Ministry of National Defense use e-document exchange center for encryption and digital signature. After the completion of documents, between editing, to Lead-processing software, no encryption or digital signature are put into planning. Therefore, we still need the hard copy to verify the accuracy.
