In this semi-structured interview outline, we interviewed three intern counselors who had passed the professional identity process. The Narrative Research Method was used analyze the data. The research result were as follows: The professional identity process can be divided into four phases: 1. The preparation and beginning of identity: 2. The initial formation of identity: 3. Practice and identity integration: 4. The definition of identity and commitment: In this study, all three participants who underwent professional training, integration and reflection in the practice, were able to conform to their own professional identities. They became invested and were willing to continue to invest in a professional commitment to help people. In addition to finishing the research and discussing the findings, the study also suggests the development of the intern counselors counselor with follow-up research.
