This study adopted survey method and the questionnaires were mailed to 280 elementary school teachers in southern district of Taoyuan county. The valid return rate was 88.21% and the sample was consisted of 247 teachers. The questionnaires were constructed into three scales: teachers’ job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The statistical procedures used in this study were t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, principal factor analysis, multiple regression analysis . The results were as the following: 1. The elementary school teachers’ job stress was below the mid-point of survey scale. Their job satisfaction and organizational commitment were above the mid-point. 2.
