The elementary school teachers of different background variables are discussed in the difference of group affective ton, team cohesion, and job involvement, and to analyze the relationship between group affective ton, team cohesion, and the job involvement of Hsinchu county elementary school teachers. This study adopts the questionnaire survey. The research objects are the elementary school teachers in hsinchu county as population. " The questionnaire of elementary school teacher team with emotional atmosphere, team cohesion, and job involvement" is used as the research tools. The total sample were 619.Valid samples were 535. Effective questionnaire recovery rate was 86.4%. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test for independent samples, one-way anova, Pearson product-moment orrelation,and structural equation modeling analysis for analysis and processing. Research conclusion summarized as follows: 1)The current degree of group affective ton of Hsinchu County elementary school teachers is upper middle. 2)The current degree of team cohesion of Hsinchu County elementary school teachers is upper middle. 3)The current degree of job involvement of Hsinchu County elementary school teachers is upper middle. 4)Group affective ton, team cohesion of Hsinchu County elementary school teachers has a significant effect for predicting job Involvement. According to the results and conclusions of this study, the author proposed some suggestions to the authorities of education, school administration, the elementary school teachers, and further research.
