Vegetarian Meal and Dash(Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, DASH)have following advantages: rich in vitamins, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids and dietary fiber which had been proved the ability to improve metabolic disease(hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, ...)by some records. Therefore, it is a big issue of health units to popularize Vegetarian Meal. Under this circumstance, this research will start with Vegetarian Meal, proceed to consumers’ vivo environmental protection, improving of health, knowledge of Vegetarian Meal, and the purchase intention. The research collected questionnaires from Xitun Dist., Taichung City to analysis population’s character, Perception of Vegetarian Meal, the inclination of consumers and health valuation. According to this research we will know better about relationship between health and Vegetarian Meal which compare Survey Response’s eating choice, furthermore, make constructive suggestions to improve people’s knowledge of health. Moreover, people will choose suitable Vegetarian Meal to increase health. This research provides proper idea of Vegetarian Meal for public.
