In this day, many people are using phenolic compounds to prevent disease from Plant extract. More and more people eat plant extract products , because it is not only can antiseptic or anti-virus but also inhibit LDL oxidation and prevention cardiovascular disease. High performance liquid chromatography with UV separation of these phenolic compounds are possible on C-18 column, using 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase. Flow-rate, detection wavelength and temperature were adjusted to 1.0 mL/min, 285nm and room temperatur, respectively. Precision of measurements within 0.05 ~ 14.33 % were achieved. Accuracy of this sample analysis method was assessed by performing spikes and recovery experiments. Recoveries of added standard solution were found to be within 91 ~ 112.03 %, demonstrating good reliability of results. In this study ,we analyzed three plants as follows: fresh and drier’s Lobelia chinensis Lour. and Chenopodium formosanum Koidz..
