In such an important issue to be solved is to develop and improve the quality of human resources management projects. The thesis consists of five chapters: Chapter introduction, overview of the theory chapter, the research methodology, the results and discussion, the conclusions and recommendations. With the research objectives outlined by the system approach, the thesis " Solutions to improve quality in human resources at Management Project Rural Transport Vinh Long 2013-2018 period" solved some problems of theory and practice to improve human resources management boards of rural transport project in Vinh Long province as follows: First, a comprehensive review of the basic theory of human resources, improve human resources to draw on the concept of human capital, human resources and enhance the content of advanced basic human resources business. Second, the study analyzes the status and human resources management boards of rural transport project in Vinh Long province to determine the strengths, weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages for improving the quality of human resources force in the coming years. Third, building perspective and goals to improve the quality of human resources management boards of rural transport project in Vinh Long province on the basis of the strategic objectives of the transport sector development and improving the quality strategy human resources in 2018. Fourth, the proposed solution and the necessary primarily to improve human resources management boards of rural transport project in Vinh Long province until 2018. At the same time, the thesis also proposes a number of recommendations to the State and the transport sector aimed at creating conditions for the development of human resources Management Project Rural Transport Vinh Long province in particular and the transport sector general.
