Therefore, the research - factors affecting the annual water volume and flow in the area where Tuyen Quang hydropower plant located are highly focused. Specifically, the researches of the rainfall, the water reservoir level, natural temperature, humidity are strongly investigated. To offer research structure and diagram, the author has referred to the research conducted by various researchers, namely: Tested research of temperatures affected rainfall patterns, the research of factors affecting rainfall patterns on the surface reservoir of Tuyen Quang hydropower; climatic impacts to hydropower development in Vietnam; affected temperature, humidity and water area of the reservoir related precipitation rainfall, the hydrological forecasting methods for the reservoir. After research and analysis of the hydrological data collected by Tuyen Quang Hydropower plant for 6 years, the author has recognized that the flow of the rivers in Tuyen Quang area are heavily depended on the rainfall, the reservoir water level, natural temperature. The result of this research proposed to the Board of management of Tuyen Quang hydropower plant to make production plan upon maximization of the water flow of the rivers more or less flow through the building formulas, to avoid discharge water downstream useless because of not to make a profit by un-foreseen Bao, Chiao Ping Son, Do Kim 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 41 en_US
