Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 102 === This paper aims to examine the role of HR practices in affecting employee satisfaction in Ha Giang Power Company. By investigating 120 employees who are working in the Ha Giang Power Company towards their commitment and retention through quantitative method, we declare a conclusion that the current and future HRM strategies including HRM practices have a strong effect on the company’s employee commitment and job satisfaction. Employee background (incomes, expenses, and educational level) have a strong effect on employee satisfaction. Organizational commitment is considered as mediate factor between HR practices and employee satisfaction.
