Specifically, the research was undertaken to: • Identify the level of employees’ satisfaction with the Corporation’s commitment in providing training, education and development opportunities. • Know the level of employees’ satisfaction with regard to the appropriateness of the skills and knowledge enhanced by human resource development programs. • Know employees’ perception towards their managers/supervisors support in provided guidance and encouragement for employees’ development. 2/ Results: By examine 110 completed survey from 130 questionnaire through a linear regression model, we see that current training and development program, culture system and leadership style at Ha Giang Company are effective while the current reward system at the company is not effective. These are present by positive links with employee satisfaction. That leads the promotion opportunities are tested with negative link to employee satisfaction.
