Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業管理學系 === 102 === In recent years, with the increase of people''s standard of living, the quality of living is also been improved. People start to focus on household life, and consequently the concept of smart home is proposed. The intelligent habitable space has to build on the house. It combines information and communication technologies (ICT) with automation equipment to build intelligent habitable space. This study focuses on a simple smart home system, and builds it for the crowd. Thus our smart home device possesses the properties of convenience, easy to use and safe. Besides, we cooperate with Feixin Company together. This study designs a smart home device; it can control household appliances by iOS mobile devises. That system also has household energy monitoring, context models and security monitoring. The result of the study showed that our smart home system can focus on household energy management, further estimate energy efficiency and improve to energy monitoring by our energy algorithm.
