Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === To find out the satisfaction in work and loyalty of civil servants mounted in Tan Binh district, I chose the theme: "Correlation of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment – A Case of the Public Servants of Vinh Long Province in Vietnam"to study. This study aims to find out the effects of individual characteristics affect job satisfaction and engagement / loyalty to the organization. Find out whether the relationship between job satisfaction and engagement / loyalty to the organization of the civil servants working in Vinh Long Province, Vietnam - or not. The study was performed on 200 public servants working in, Vinh Long Province - Vietnam. Use the concepts, theories and measure two variables of the study: the loyalty / linked to the organization and job satisfaction of staff were presented as above. At the same time the research methods used as well as the research tool to analyze the collected data is processed by SPSS 17.0 software. After coding and cleaning data, to test three main hypotheses, four different statistical methods were performed to find out the results. Then we use the method of analysis which shows the reliability of satisfaction in work Cronbach''s Alpha was 0767 (Table 4:13) and the reliability of the loyalty / associated with the organization is 0.74 (Table 4:14 ) are better at 0.7. Section 4 demonstrates the scale of the job satisfaction scale and section 6 of the loyalty / organization is associated with reliable and can be used to test the hypotheses of the study. Based on the analysis from which they set out the conclusions and recommendations to state agencies organizing methods have been implementing leadership and expertise consistent with reality as well as compliance with spare capacity servants. thus helping them in job satisfaction and cohesion, loyal work at Vinh Long Province and Vietnam.
