| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === Tea is priority agricultural plant to help people reduce poverty and develop economy in Ha Giang. Thus it is a big concern for the authority to find effective strategy to enhance and boost tea industry of Ha Giang. Especially when Vietnam joined WTO, it brings many opportunities and challenges as well. Therefore, the province should take advantage of its strengths and opportunities to expland, develop and enhance tea field areas and quality of tea products which can help to compete with outside products on domestic and international markets. Beside that, the province should find ways to minimize its weaknesses and avoid threats. The study aims to do SWOT analysis of tea industry in Ha Giang based on published data, articles and papers. Then positive strategies to enhance tea industry are conducted based on SWOT analysis.
