Private branch exchange (PBX) development companies develop the Internet protocol private branch exchange (IPPBX) also, according to the PBX user''s habits, develop IPPBXs fit the using habits of the users. This study focuses on the structure, functions and performance of IPPBX applications and explores the convenience and practicality after using the IPPBX, along with the advantages after replacing the IPPBX to the PBX in three different industries to illustrate how IPPBX can promote the using efficiency as well as lower costs.
