Government agencies continue to promote the "electronic government" and in line with the concept of "carbon reduction", the electronic document has become public and private institutions to improve the administrative efficiency will line the road. Documents electronically in full compliance with the Executive Yuan declared government policy will be to reduce carbon emissions as the main outside, also have to enhance administrative efficiency, and strengthen information security and the goal of saving energy and reducing paper. Hence, Taiwan Sugar Corporation upgraded to municipalities from 2012 , the municipal government, and actively planning on the line of the second generation document system use, effective use of computers and Internet flow of information, convenience, traditional official documents on paper to sign the nuclear processing mode, change collected through the Internetof electronic online sign nuclear processing mode, to take the patterns of past errors of the document management to be guided to effectively control the documents processes to improve operational efficiency and achieve the “non-paper” target. This study is based on Information System Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to discuss the satisfaction with using the e-official-document exchange system from the users in Taiwan Sugar Corporation. This study consists of the development of e-official- document systems, investigation of related documents and analysis of collected information, the steadiness of the hardware and software and user attitude to investigate user satisfaction, information quality and system quality of e-official-document system.
