| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 102 === Since the rise of smartphones, ratio of adolescent held also increased recently. According to the statistics of Institute for Information Industry, the functions users have used most frequently are the Internet surveying, instant messaging, and games playing. The ease of mobile services applications also changed users’ life and relationships. As a result, the behaviors of using smart phones inevitably influence adolescents’ interpersonal relationship.
The main purpose of this study is to understand the present situation of Kaohsiung municipal junior high school students’ smartphone usages. This study also explored the differences from different backgrounds variables (gender, grade), smartphone usage and dependence. The questionnaire survey was applied to carry out the data collection, and 300 junior high school students were used as research samples. A total of 275 valid questionnaires were collected. The result are as follows：
1.There are significant differences in smartphone usages between different genders and grades of the junior high school students.
2. There is a significant difference in interpersonal relationship between different genders of the junior high school students.
3. Smartphone usages have significant positive relationship to interpersonal relationship.
