After that, the effectiveness of an action plan has been drafted, implemented, and evaluated to reach the elevation of moral education literacy as a reference for the useful strategy taken by the related units to promote moral education. The conclusions are listed as follows: 1.From the study of the context, family problems affect students’ behaviours, coupled with learning obstacles and deviant behaviours caused by the urban-rural gap. This study shows that students in class are lack of the recognition of core values of gratitude, contentment, self-discipline, rule of law and courage, which represents that it is necessary to promote moral education. 2.The cultivation of moral education is a continuous work. Students must make a habit from their daily lives, carry it out, develop correct values, indicating the need for moral education to be continued . 3.The effectiveness of moral education curriculum implementation should be evaluated from the evaluation of student learning results. An innovative teaching method—6E teaching method has been introduced and integrated into the classroom management to enhance students’ learning interest and willingness as well as cultivate students with positive values, resulting in a positive development.
