To have a house becomes a difficult dream in Taiwan. The consumers are blind in the insufficient information and industry property and cannot require an equal price. For the reason, this study investigates the quality of housing inspection and delivery from the point of view of experienced consumers. The main buyers are about 31 to 50 years old. This study proposes the questionnaire including the investigation of equipment, personnel, and documents. This study also collects the statistics of house buying disputes from Ministry of the Interior and interviews related expert in the famous construction companies. The results can provide consumers and construction companies a comprehensive experience in raising the satisfaction of house delivery.
