We employ two research methods that traditional teaching and distance learning into individual control and experimental groups, based on the nonequivalent control group design of field experiments. The sample of this study were the trainees of Optical Fiber Communication courses for military training, using distance education learning by attitudes and feelings. The post-test attitude scales of this study that including knowledge, skills, affective and other three dimensions by the five-point Likert Scale's way. The experimental results that the post-test distance learning attitude in "cognitive dimension" analysis is a good way to learn, "skills dimension" to contribute to the actual results of the analysis of optical fiber communication fault detection and exclusion, "affective dimension" analysis for the future will make use of "distance learning" simulated failure of the internship program and other fiber optic communications internship confidence. Research results, we found that the use of distance education can save the cost of training materials consumption and equipment, and fiber optic communications internship at the more security, reduce equipment damage occurs, the safety and interests of the participants more secure, and the other using e-learning in fiber internships can repeat the exercise on communication, not restricted by time and space, so that trainees are more proficient on the internship program, can be used as an auxiliary teaching internship courses and other traditional advantages. In summary, using e-learning to enhance trainees' learning motivation and to provide the latest technical information, and helps learners to think and problem-solving can improve student learning difficulties optical fiber communication practice, to learn the skills of help, so in total on academic performance is better than the traditional practice of teaching performance.
