Analysis of the results gathered through the questionnaires was conducted using LISREL statistical software, wherein pattern analysis was executed to verify relationships between variables. The results revealed job characteristics of sales employees working within organizations which provide unique or specialty products positively affect emotional labor and organizational commitment in tandem with a lower of job stress. Emotional labor and organizational commitment positively affect satisfaction while work-related pressure is negatively affected by satisfaction. Therefore by raising emotional labor and organizational commitment and reducing work pressure employee job satisfaction will increase. Thereby providing the travel industry and tourism authorities a reference with which to apply for human resource planning and the management of the sales staff within organizations which provide unique or specialty products.
