Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The study aims at understanding the influence of Zero Corporal Punishment Policy on senior school students’ learning motivation and students’ learning attitude. The study adopts qualitative research using literature study and depth interviews. In order to understand the real teaching situation, ten high-grade teachers from Guei-ji Elementary school of Taoyuan County will be used as research samples in conducting one-by-one depth interviews. According to the analysis results of this research, it can be found that the punishment policy is not the main factor to affect the relationship between teachers and students; in addition, teachers need moderate power of punishment and have to modify teaching methods according to punishment policy; furthermore, zero corporal punishment policy will affect studying motivation and attitude of senior students in elementary school. Based on the results, we proposed that teachers have to increase the professional ability of class management and help students to built correct concept of human rights; besides, cooperation between teachers and parents should be combined and the formulation of regulations on student discipline should be established according to real situation in the whole educational environment.
