Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 數位生活科技研究所 === 102 === In Taiwan, when product dealers record the data about after-sale service, most of the dealers still record on paper sheets manually. These ways not only cause low operation efficient but also waste huge amount of paper and storage space. Due to this inconvenience, some companies have adopted information system to manage the records and applied internet technologies for mobile users. However, when the mobile users do not have internet at hand or internet connection is not available, the progress of work would be influenced seriously. In order to solve this problem, we develop an Android-based mobile information system to support after-sale service. There are two sub-systems in this system: the equipment maintenance support system installed on the mobile devices serving as a mobile platform and the central webpage information system which collects and manages the data transmitted from mobile devices. The equipment maintenance support system is implemented in Android platform. Since it can work off-line, the maintenance personnel can carry to customer side. In addition to support information of maintenance and work records, it allows customers to sign and acknowledge the service on this platform. When the mobile platform connects to the internet, it can browse, download and upload the service records and maintenance information stored in the central webpage information system through web-service style. The central webpage information systems also provide webpage user interface, thus the company's management can query or modify data through various kinds of browsers. It also facilitates the maintenance personnel for maintenance, management and analysis of data. Thereby, the convenience and efficiency of customer service can be improved. In order to provide a more rapid and correct way to fill out the electronic forms, the system uses the information from global positioning system (GPS) and records of near field communication (NFC) of the mobile devices to exclude those non-target customers. In addition, based on above-mentioned information, the system would extract related information from system and fill into the fields of the documents. When maintenance service finishes, customers can confirm the maintenance on the mobile device through directly signing on the touch screen. Currently, this system is applied in an enterprise. The issues related to satisfaction and company image upgrading will be studied in the future.
