The creek originates from Da-Wan of Yong-Kang district is about 13.2 km with a total catchment area of 60.0 km2. The creek flows through Ren-De and Guei-Ren districts and part of Yong-Kang Southern districts, and ends in Wan-Li. The EPA establishment four water quality monitoring stations along the creek: Wang-Liao bridge, Ji-Tan bridge, Wu-Kong bridge and Yong-Ning bridge. To effectively assess changes in river water quality, this study applys Excel model to simulate polluted status and try to find out the better feasibile alternatives. The simulations will be divided various alternative as single goal and multiple goals from the to set three interception rate of Tai-Zih drainage system (25%, 50% and 75%). Multiple goals aim at wastewater treatment plants of Hu-Wei-Liao, Ren-De detention pond, Ren-De detention pond, Ren-De sewer systems, and surface aeration system to identify the best water quality management. Result shows the best BOD in Yong-Ning bridge is 13.9 mg / L at the condition of 75% interception rate and effluent of 4 mg/L with 5908.7 kg / day of BOD input.
