Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of hotel personnel’s sex, achievement motivation and career orientation with regard to service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, this study obtained 257 valid dyadic samples, and the response rate was 76.04%. The findings included the following: 1、Individual achievement motivation of male service workers were than female. 2、The career orientations of challenging, entrepreneurial and managerial competence were higher for male service workers than female. 3、Individual achievement motivation of service workers were positively related to service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors. 4、The career orientations of service workers were positively related to service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors. The article concluded with implications for future research and practical application.
