When facing the rapid and changing new challenge, the enterprise must the continuously develop new methods to enhance the operation performance. Among them, the informationization of decision support system is one of the examples. In addition, due to the advancement of smart mobile technology and the convenience and openness of the mobile devices, plus high suitability features and no limitation of time and space when using, whether medium and small enterprise or big one, they all use smart mobile APP as the important tools of decision-making. Currently, in the ecological environment that the woods are getting less and less, the paper demand must be reduced. In recent years, the informationization of smart mobile APP not only can eliminate the paper usage but also can help manage the complicated management problems. This study is related to parts manufacturing industry, whose experimental equipment and inspections related document recording used in the operation process all the time is the manual paper operation, which is voluminous and easily chaotic resulting in poor management performance. Therefore, the current research aims to use smart mobile APP and QR-Code, through the concept design of system development model instead of traditional manual management model, to effectively enhance material management and inspection management. The outcomes reveal that smart mobile APP can hugely reduce the paper usage and effectively enhance the enterprise’s management performance.
