Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械與精密工程研究所 === 102 === Alloy steels have increasingly been widely used in the industry because it is high in strength, hardness, toughness, wear-resistance and wireo-drawing, powder-forming, extrusion dies, die-casting molds and other industrial fields. Now it has become an indispensable material in the industry. Commonly used alloy tool steels include the SKS2, SKS3, SKDll and SKD61 materials and so on. The SKS2 as well as SKS3 materials enhance hardenability, wear-resistance and therefore are used in forming templates which requires hardness and wear-resistance. The hardness of SKD61 materials, they are added with vanadium in lieu of tungsten used in the SKS material. The hardenability, impact resistance and wear-restistance are better than the ones of the SKS material and there are few quenching strains. Hardness of the SKD11 material ranges from HRC 58~63 and HRC45~48 of SKD61. Although the SKD61 material’s hardness ranges from HRC45~48, its heat-resistance and toughness are better than the ones of the SKD11 material. During the study, the frequently used SKS3, SKD11 and SKD61 alloy tool steels that had been enhanced by heat-treatment were picked as the materials for the research. We used the polishing grains (depending on the amount of aluminum oxide power), the corrosion rate of the corrosive fluid, polishing are rate as three controlling elements of the influence on the metallurgical structure. Afterwards, by Taguchi methods we looked into the metallographic analysis of the alloy steel materials from the pre-manufacturing process to figure out the best controlling elements. To convert metallurgical specimens into statistics after the manufacturing process, Matrox Inspector 10, some image analyzing software, is used to greyscale metallography images for people to study them. From the result of the analysis, we gathered that the controlling elements in the metallography of the SKS3, SKD11 and SKD61 materials is the optimal quantity of the polishing fluid, the corrosion and polishing rate.
