This study finds essential selection factors in the process of selecting touch panel technology. And this study organizes essential factors’ framework that researchers select suitable touch panel technology. This study organizes general technology selection by reviewing literatures, practical cases and books. Getting information from experts by semi structured interview, and extracting important and suitable essential selection factors of touch panel technology by content analysis. Panel manufacture industry doesn’t have framework to select new technology in the past, it’s decided by researchers’ experience and group meeting. This study organizes literatures and practical cases to establish touch panel technology selection. Using content analysis interviews industrial experts to extract the selection criterions of practical cases and then designs questionnaire. Using the fuzzy Delphi method to select principle, finding the causal relation between the principles uses the interpretive structural modeling. At last this study uses the analytic network process to establish the model of selecting touch panel technology. This study selects the future main technology of wearable technology, finds the importance of factors. This study uses the result of analytic network process to decide the resource distributed order at developing technology and then uses the result of interpretive structural modeling to distribute resource and order works at each section.
