The discussion of the driving force of ECFA 、 ECFA effectiveness and the related consequences after the signing of the pact. The purpose of this study is to (a) investigate the causes and effects of the implementation of the ECFA (b) contributed to the signing of ECFA investigate the normalization of cross-strait relationship、marginalization and the relative importance of economic internationalization (c) to explore homecoming Taiwanese entrepreneurs、competitiveness、economic growth in the signing of the relative contribution of the ECFA(d) to explore periphery、degree of dependence upon foreign trade、policy effects measurable after the implementation of ECFA the relative representation . This study adopts Smart PLS finishing values statistical software after the distribution of the questionnaire. The result demonstrated people’s approval of peace between Taiwan and China was to help and slow the marginalization of free trade. The majority of people recognize the necessity of ECFA but a small economic benefit it generated are not equal to the absolute positive impacts and the immunity of potential crisis. The possible consequences include the marginalization and the overdependence on China. The impact on livelihood of Taiwanese is relatively limited. In terms of the effectiveness of the policy, the statistics showed the distrust of the government’s propaganda and many Taiwanese are concerned about the sovereignty of Taiwan.
