The industry automotive production ability needs enhance, however precision alignment ability is the key point for production and measurement. If the bad design or bad manufacture of the mold combination that has been erected in the machine, it will leads to bad precision and error. It is going to affect the quality of finished product or cause damage itself, therefore this research is based on hot embossing process. I going to design a hot embossing machine and include carry stent and orientate system. Make a fine tune functions system to divide traditional hot embossing machine. The fine tune function includes X, Y, C axis. I will be using the cell phone protect shell in the design concept. I also design a shell stent to test and verify. I will be using the thickness of finished product that length and wide should be calibrated compare with horizontal symmetrical deviation value. Then the precision of fine tune function has been discussed with the deviation value. Therefore, I will be using the copy characteristic to verify the ability of hot embossing design research.
