With constantly updated urban development, drainage systems must also continue to improve the bottleneck. In response to the disaster cause by increasingly unpredictable weather storm; the standards of drainage and flood control must be improved, and the methods of urban flooding evaluation measures must be developed to implement the improved results. With the rise of rainfall amount in a short time, this study will calculate the rainfall intensity first, and conduct hydrodynamic calculations. The parameters used in this study are the rainfall intensity formula, rain delay information, rain delay formula, runoff coefficient, time of concentration, and runoff calculations to serve as a basis for water analysis. The drainage system software SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) is used for simulation analysis. After simulation analysis, results show that the current drainage system of flood prone position is broadly in line with the position of flood inundation investigation. The sewer mains drainage culvert are mostly adequate, the main problem casing more flooding are in the side ditch system capacity and poor drainage efficiency.
