In addition, the establishment of educational system is the key to influence educational outcomes. Taiwan implemented Six-Year Compulsory Education program since 1945, and implemented Nine-Year Compulsory Education in 1968; however, due to various difficulties in education, including rural-urban divide, unequal distribution of resources, excessive education competition or even the reduction of students caused by a low birth rate; therefore, our government began planned the extension of time limit for the national compulsory education, till 2011 President Ma Ying-jeou in his congratulatory speech on the New Year’s Day of 2011, which was also the 100th Year anniversary of the Republic of China (Taiwan), announced that 12-Year Compulsory Education is ready to go. Furthermore, teachers are the first line in educational filed and occupy a very important part of education reform, thus this study intends to understand Kaohsiung City junior high school teachers’ behavioral intention of promoting the 12-Year Compulsory Education program. This study adopted Kaohsiung City junior high school teachers as the research object to explore their behavioral intention of promoting the 12-Year Compulsory Education program, and the main research purposes are as follows: 1. Using the questionnaire survey to explore Kaohsiung City junior high school teachers’ motivation and willingness to promote the 12-Year Compulsory Education program. 2. Exploring whether Kaohsiung City junior high school teachers’ behavioral intention of promoting the 12-Year Compulsory Education program would be influenced by attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control (PBC) or not. 3. Analyzing the research results and proposing suggestions as the reference to government’s implementation of relative policies for promoting the 12-Year Compulsory Education program. This study adopted the questionnaire and used Kaohsiung City junior high school teachers as the analytic object to carry out the survey by using a convenience sampling, and 153 valid questionnaires returned. After analyzed the collected data by using the descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the empirical results showed: accessibility, availability, risk and trust will influence attitude; external influence and interpersonal influence will influence subjective norms; promoting conditions, self-efficacy will influence the perceived behavioral control (PBC); and behavioral intention is influenced by attitude, subjective norms and PBC, where subjective norms and PBC have higher level of influence on behavioral intention. 吳雅蓉 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW |
