Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to make a comparison between students with experience of joining campus student club activities and those without it in terms of their interpersonal relations, employment abilities, positive emotions, such as happiness and euphoria, and peer relationships. The research also investigated whether or not the distinctive natures of student clubs, their respective seniority and cadre experience will affect the above-mentioned four aspects. For this study, a total of 500 questionnaires were issued, and 220 shares of valid questionnaires were recovered. The rate of return was 44%. There were 6 shares decided to be invalid. To sum up, through a questionnaire survey held in an institute of technology in New Taipei City, the researcher collected 214 valid questionnaires. The results showed that students with experience of participating in student club activities had a higher level of positive emotions, interpersonal relations, employment abilities and peer relationships.
