| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 102 === Nowadays, the network has become the essential necessities in modern life and “Portal site” is seen as the key entry of public Internet. The industries offer a great deal of services in order to attract a large amount of users, enhance browsing rates and prompt the advertising exposure then develop business opportunities. These industries want to break out or maintain their advantages by requiring an optimal operating strategy to assist the site in order to get the maximum benefits of existing resources. Nevertheless, selection of the best portal for the problem of multi-criteria decision making must consider the complex relationships among criteria. Hence, this article wants to combine DEMATEL method and the ANP method to solve the problem of traditional assessment methods; simultaneously, integrating UTAUT, ISSM and WebQual as criteria facets to find out the best portal site for valid and accurate benchmarking under this foundation. The result is available for reference on the operational decisions.
