We sent out "Online Questionnaire" and received 352 completed questionnaires. T-test, ANOVA, analysis of correlation and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed: (1) The different age and years of service engineers felt about leadership style were significantly different. (2) The different marital status, age and years of service engineers had significant differences in feelings of organizational justice. (3) The performance of engineers in different marital status and age are significant differences. (4)When engineers feel manager using "Transformational Leadership" of leadership behavior, there was a gain in performance results. Especially “Idealized Influence"leadership characteristics had significant positive impact to engineers’ job performance. Engineers feel manager using “Authoritarianism Leadership “of leadership behavior would caused them passive job performances. Especially the “Autocratic Style “leadership characteristics have significant negative impact in engineers’ job performance. (5) "Organizational justice" with no moderating effect between "Leadership style" and " Job performance”.
