The aim of this study is to explore the states of injury, prevention, and treatment amount the participants. A total of 300 questionnaires were given out and 292effective ones were retrieved. The effective questionnaire rate was 97.33%. The data collected from those effective questionnaires were used in the descriptive statistics, correlation test, independence tests, and single factor analysis of variance. The results and findings of the present study were as follow: 1. The average years of playing experience of the player is 14.95 years. The average height is 167.36 cm. The average weight is 67.91 kg. The average repeat times of training is 1.92 hours/day. The average time of practice is 3.08 /day. Most players (93.84%) have suffered from injury in different levels. 2. The players were most likely to get injured when they were practicing in the match (57.88%); the waist was the most common injury location (17.63%); Muscle strain (36.69%) was the major type of injury; the main reason to cause an injury was insufficient warm-up or overtraining (65.47%). 3. Most players (58.99%) would instantly apply ice compression on injured body part as they get injured. The majority of players sought out help from traditional Chinese medicine(41.01%). There were(66.55%) of players didn’t continue treatment until injury was healed. 4. Most of the players (33.90%) gathered information about prevention of sports injury from their co-players. Most of players would take 5 to 10 minutes(71.58%) to warm up before play and cool down after competition. 5. The injured timing, the injured parts and the injury type are correlated positively with the years of playing experience; the injured parts is significantly associated with the repeat times of training each days and the time of practice each week. 6.
