Description
Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 102 === According to the 2008 United Nation Environmental Program (UNEP), the tourism industry has taken 5% of the global greenhouse gas emission. Each person produced 23 kilograms of carbon dioxide at each tour. Therefore, the idea of low carbon tourism is rising, hoping to reduce carbon dioxide emission and to improve the pollution problem through tourismer’s behavior regulation. This study thus introduces the low carbon tourism idea to Taijiang National Park tour, which will organize related domestic and overseas documents to find out the critical factors that might affect the low carbon tour of Taijiang National Park to carry out the evaluation by developing sample verification and then to investigate the low carbon factors during the whole tourism period. This study has applied the Analytic Hierarch Process (AHP) to proceed with the expert questionnaire delivery to carry out the relative importance and priority among the indexes. It plans to help build up the low carbon tour index of Taijiang National Park from the viewpoints of the experts of the industry, government and university. The priority order from the analysis of the research results on industry, government and university is “environmental maintenance principle” weighed the highest, next are “low carbon and knowledge training” and “low carbon society and green economy”. However, the first five evaluating factors are: “energy saving” as the first, then the “environmental maintenance and management”, “low carbon environment introduction and education”, “resource circulation”, and “employee’s low carbon knowledge”. Finally, a questionnaire scoring verification based on concrete index of Taijiang National Park is brought into the index weight and the score from this analysis of the results is 82.4. Taijiang National Park low carbon tour index system includes three major aspects, eleven individual indexes and twenty eight example verifications, therefore, the low carbon tour index system of this study can be used as a reference for low carbon tour of Taijiang National Park, further to discuss and improve so as to allow the sightseeing and tour quality of the Taijiang National Park come closer to low carbon tour schedule.
