Description
Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 102 === Teachers’ professional development has been an important link of Education reform. It’s an important way to integrate online course to reinforce teachers’ professional development. This study aims to investigate the user’s attitude and user satisfaction of the elementary school teachers in Tainan City toward the Online Course Learning Platform for Teachers’ Professional Development based on the notions of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and the D&M IS Success Model(ISSM). The questionnaire survey as well as random sampling is adopted in this study, and it uses statistical software Spss.12 for analysis. Based on a series of systematic analyses, some findings are provided in the following perspectives: The deeper the elementary school teachers in Tainan City are affected by the “perceived ease of use” and the “perceived usefulness,” the greater their user satisfaction is. In terms of the user’s attitude, there is a significant difference between the male school teachers and female ones in Tainan City. The male school teachers have a higher degree of recognition of the Online Course Learning Platform for Teachers’ Professional Development than their female counterparts. The elementary school teachers of different age groups in Tainan City obviously hold varied users’ attitudes toward the “perceived ease of use.” The user’s attitude is, as a whole, highly positively correlated with user satisfaction.
