Statistical methods such as Descriptive Statistics, One-Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Simple regression analysis are then employed to analyze the collected data. Research findings showed that: 1. One the whole, the level of social support of elementary school teachers in Tainan City is higher-intermediate. 2. One the whole, the level of attitudes toward work of elementary school teachers in Tainan City is higher-intermediate. 3. One the whole, the level of job performance of elementary school teachers in Tainan City is higher-intermediate. 4. In terms of social support, there is a distinct difference among elementary school teachers in Tainan City who differ in “age” and “years of teaching experience”. 5. In terms of attitudes toward work, there is a distinct difference among elementary school teachers in Tainan City who differ in “age,”, “gender”, “highest education”, and “years of teaching experience”. 6. In terms of job performance , there is a distinct difference among elementary school teachers in Tainan City who differ in “age,”, “gender”, “highest education”, and “position held at school”. 7. The social support of elementary school teachers reveals a positive effect on job performance. 8. The attitudes toward work of elementary school teachers reveal a positive effect on job performance.
