As new military strategies and new weapons are improved rapidly, the types of war are also changed. Joint operations are used at new trends of combat theories and thinking. Logistics is considered as a very important factor. Logistics is the key element for making the combat troops to keep fighting for longer. Second factories are basic unit and the most importance in the system of logistics. When second factories can perfectly perform their tasks, they will increase army’s combat ability. And also, the second factories carry out the maintenance tasks equipped in relatively economic under the situation that national defence funds reduce day by day. This study is focued on the influences of second factories teams of three thinking styles (excutive-style, legislative-style and judicial-style) on team performance, and the team trust is used as a mediator. The purposes of the study are to figure out which thinking styles are the positive influence the team performance at secondry factories. Whether team trust is the mediator between thinking style and team performance? The findings of this study, excutive-style and legislative-style thinking are positively influence the team performanace of second factories in military logictics system. The judicial-style thinking isn’t positively influence the team performanace of second factories in military logictics system. Team trust is found that it is not the mediator between thinking style and team performance of second factories in military logictics system.
