碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 104 === In recent decades, many China’s companies have implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) to deal with enterprise management issues. Since the chain store, a type of enterprise, has set their branches in the cities and counties of China, the ERP implementation methods are different. The purpose of this paper is to explore the Chain Store’s Project schedule planning, its costs, and its control of budget for implementing of Enterprise Resource Planning system. The Primavera P6 Project software is applied to facilitate the project management of the implementation among different regions. We first propose a method of Enterprise Resource Planning system on rapid implementation through literature review. Next, we analyze the case information from H Company to construct a Best Practices import method. The results obtained show that after careful management of project, the problems occurring during the import process are effectively and efficiently solved and the attention should especially be paid to the personnel resistance factors from organizational change. Understanding these practices proposed in this research would help chain store corporations in effectively implementing their Enterprise Resource Planning system in different regions.
