| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 商品設計學系碩士班 === 102 === Because rising living standards and growing medical technology advances, the proportion of elderly increased year by year; The interface design and operating procedures are becoming more complex. If the use of the product required cognitive load demand exceeds the elderly, will be operational difficulties, it is necessary to study the problem-solving strategies from elderly in order to understand the ability of problem solve.
The study is divided into two parts, the first part is to explore and analyze the elderly of problem-solving strategies and performance experiments. The second part of the experiment each variable, personal background and problem-solving performance connected or not. Results and future research recommendations are as follows:
(1) Problem-solving strategies significantly affect performance of word order, low degree of difficulty, text type, Tower of Hanoi, without interference and low interference; Problem difficulty significantly affect operating time of text type, digital type and the Tower of Hanoi; The degree of involvement significantly affect problem-solving performance of text description, digital sign and eight cards.
(2) The Tower of Hanoi and eight card problems are all the steps needed to complete the questions; the proposed procedure can research.
(3) Interfere with the message involved, add the experimental design subjects for visually search of solving problems, to understanding of the factors affecting the performance of problem-solving.
