make recommendations to the cause and reforms. However, the impact of government-to-business, not just only the state-owned enterprises, by public officials who have left as executives in private enterprise, use their influence in the company to achieve a particular government or political party’s purposes, thereby enabling the company to bear unnecessary costs. The purpose of this study is whether the company''s performance which will have adverse impact by the executives has the public experience. The results show that the company''s performance have positive impact with insignificant by the executives has the public experience. Even under a different salary structure, the result is showing no
significant negative impact results.
