That is, teachers can use the smart tablet devices to teach their material in the class and every student can use tablets to view the class material. Based-on the reason, this thesis designs and implements an E-Bag app as a teaching tool for the instructor. The architecture of E-Bag app consists of two parts. The first is server platform for teacher and the second is student handheld device. Student handheld device can learn class material with server platform through WiFi. The contribution of E-Bag app is to reduce the learning loading of students, resulting in the students'' interest in learning.
