碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === In order to understand the relationships among personal values, internship experiences and ethics awareness of students, the survey has been conducted from the hospitality students in technical and vocational education. The purposes of the study are as followed: (1) Understanding ethics awareness of hospitality students (2) Exploring the influence of personal values, internship experiences on student’s ethics awareness. The results show that personal values and ethics awareness are positively related. Ethics courses and internship experiences have partial influences on student’s ethics awareness. The findings of the study would provide further references and enhancement of student’s ethical awareness in hospitality education.
